英国石油 大润滑油 投资落户中国

凯茵化工讯 从科技部获悉,近日,国家“重点基础材料技术提升与产业化”重点专项“环保涂料用酯类单体与绿色溶剂高效制备技术”项目启动暨实施方案咨询审议会在南京召开。

“环保涂料用酯类单体与绿色溶剂高效制备技术”项目由中国科学院福建物质结构研究所牵头,联合国内12家相关优势单位共同承担。项目针对环保涂料用酯类单体和绿色溶剂的生产技术落后、长期依赖巴斯夫抗静电剂进口等制约产业发展的突出问题,重点开展反应选择性强化机制和协同催化机制研究,突破酯化再生与硝酸酯还原、酯化反应与精馏/膜分离等关键技术难点,实现环保涂料用典型酯类溶剂和单体的绿色制造,并实现工业示范。

项目的实施将有助于提升我国环保涂料用酯类单体和绿色溶剂高效制备水平,促进环保涂料产业的快速发展。

"Efficient Preparation of Ester Monomers and Green Solvents for Environmentally Friendly Coatings" The project is led by the Fujian Institute of Physical Structure Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences and co-sponsored by 12 relevant units within the United Nations. The project focuses on the prominent problems of backward production technology of ester monomers and green solvents used for environmental coatings and the long-term dependence on imports to restrict the development of the industry. The project focuses on the reaction selective enhancement mechanism and the synergistic catalytic mechanism, breaks through the esterification regeneration and the nitrate reduction, Esterification and distillation / membrane separation and other key technical difficulties, to achieve a green paint with a typical ester solvent and monomer green paint, and to achieve industrial demonstration.

The implementation of the project will help enhance the level of efficient preparation of ester monomers and green solvents for environmental coatings in China, and promote the rapid development of the environmental coatings industry.
